Downtown San Francisco Hotel

We went for Lunar New Year's so wanted to stay near Chinatown - this was literally steps from the gate and 2 blocks from the Powell Street Trolley. Beautiful lobby, easy check-in, bright, clean room with makeup mirror and tub mat. Even though breakfast was not included, a cute little restaurant was located in the lobby with a fair breakfast and a wonderful French BF restaurant across the street.

Cleaning crew to the housekeepers was friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious, and the location right next to Chinatown is excellent. The gentleman on the morning shift at the counter was also very helpful with our luggage for our late flight.

Right around the corner from china town. Close to the rail car. The rooms were quiet.

Very clean, kind staff

The staff asked me room conditions by short messages first 2days. I found a drain in my bath room is stacked at the first night, so I asked them to fix it and they fixed it the next day. That was excellent job. Thank you.

As a former resident of the city, it’s a great location. Hotel was very clean, the room very comfortable and quiet, good space for two guests. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The food was good and a lower price than other options nearby. Rooms were comfortable and clean. It was great being able to get water on-site!

Their location is the best! Everything is near. Restos are literally 25 steps away. Shopping area is 25 steps away. It was always raining in SFO when we were there, so if you can't go out to dine, UberEats is very fast just 10mins. Moreover, the entire hotel team was very warm & helpful, special mention to Mr Johnny, he showed extra care to guests, he told me to bring their hotel umbrella as it might rain. And yes, it rained. The hotel umbrella saved the day! We booked a straight stay (10 nights, 2 rooms) even though we went out of town for 3nights, we kept our rooms. We requested for late check out coz our flight was almost midnight, they are very accommodating of our requests. The housekeeping team is cleaning daily, whether you request or not. Microwave is available at the lobby for your leftovers or whatnots. Drinking water at 7th flr.
